Rtone introduce a brand new feature to Rbee Solar: its PV monitoring solution
Amplepuis (ots) – In addition to its photovoltaic monitoring system Rbee Solar, the French company Rtone is proud to present its brand new global electricity monitoring system for the residential market Rbee Solar Smart at Intersolar Munich.
Rtone has already satisfied many European installers with Rbee Solar. Thanks to its innovative GSM/GPRS modem, the production data is sent to a server. If the solar installation breaks down, the system triggers an alarm thus enabling installers to intervene directly and avoid production stoppages. The Rbee Solar monitoring solution consists of an official generation meter and does not necessitate any additional equipment such as radiation measuring probes. The customer’s portal is personalised and bears the installer’s logo.
With its new feature, Rbee Solar Smart, PV installers and their final clients, will also be able to follow: the self consumed electricity production, the production fed back onto the grid, the household electricity consumption.
The goal is double: to be able to provide professionals with an energy analysis tool and to enable home-owners to save money thanks to consumption tracking. The Rbee Solar Smart kit includes one bidirectional single-phased or three-phased meter installed next to the general household meter which is then connected to the PV production meter Rbee Solar. It is also possible to install an additional meter to single out and measure the energy consumption of central heating for instance or a heat pump.
During the Intersolar trade fair in Munich in June, Rtone’s smart and simple photovoltaic monitoring solutions will be presented to German PV installers.
